For a vegetarian option, substitute the ground beef with plant-based crumbles or an extra can of chili beans. Feel free to customize the toppings! Add sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, or your favorite hot sauce. For a spicier kick, use a hotter variety of chili powder or add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chili. If you don't have Fritos® Scoops!®, regular Fritos® or other corn chips will work just fine.
