For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate instead of unsweetened chocolate. To prevent the nuts from sinking to the bottom of the brownies, toss them with a tablespoon of flour before folding them into the batter. Don't overbake the brownies! They should be slightly fudgy in the center. For extra fudgy brownies, reduce the baking time by a few minutes. Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
