For a thicker sauce, after releasing the pressure, select the 'Sauté' function again and simmer the sauce for a few minutes until it reaches your desired consistency. Be sure to stir frequently to prevent burning. Adjust the amount of sriracha to control the level of spiciness. For a milder dish, omit the sriracha entirely or use a very small amount. This recipe also works well with chicken thighs. Simply adjust the cooking time to 3-4 minutes under high pressure. For a complete meal, add some vegetables like broccoli florets or bell peppers to the Instant Pot® during the last minute of cooking.
